REMAX Premier Realty is Hiring a Real Estate Office Assistant Near Ocala, FL

Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of our local business. You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, assist our sales agents, and assist us with other operations as needed. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team. If this sounds like you, apply today!

Compensation:

$14 - $14.50 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
  • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
  • Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
  • Organize company trips and handle employee travel itineraries to ensure off-site events go well
  • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
  • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
  • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
  • Float to fill in at other office locations as needed
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must have good handwriting
  • Must be able to handle repetitive tasks
  • Excel and Word experience required
  • Canva experience helpful
  • Must be able to effectively multitask
