Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team in Greencastle PA. The primary responsibility of this role is to disassemble end-of-life servers and sort their parts efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Disassemble end-of-life servers according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
2. Sort and categorize server parts based on type, condition, and usability.
3. Identify and separate reusable components for recycling or repurposing.
4. Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency and safety.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
7. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
9. Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in electronic component disassembly or assembly in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment used in electronic disassembly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sorting and categorizing parts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Prior experience with/in a WMS is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, safely and effectively.
