Job Description
*** MUST BE A PT (NO PTA'S PLEASE) AND HAVE A MASTERS DEGREE ***
We are seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team! You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher
- Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS)
- 3X12 Hour Shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)
- Interventional Pain (1 years)
- ANY one of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Wellness Coaching Certification
- Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification
- Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional Certification
- Provide excellent health care for patients
- Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care
- Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals
- Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises
- Supervise aides and monitor patient progress
- Address pain management as a crucial component of care
- Determine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategies
- Write timely and accurate documentation
- Achieve a reasonable level of productivity
- Participate in research studies and help develop protocols
- Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy
- Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
- Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques
- Base Salary: Expect a generous average compensation of over $80,000.
