Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Relocation Today buyers, renters and candidates, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the entire process.

- Maintain long-term relationships with clients post-relocation, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate closely with Relocation Today’s internal team and external partners.

- Cultivate relationships with corporate clients by delivering market insights and serving as a valuable resource.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics and regulatory changes in real estate.

- Provide coverage for other Relocation Today agents.

Qualifications:

- Possession of a valid Minnesota Real Estate License.

- Deep understanding of the Twin Cities real estate market and ability to serve the Twin Cities.

- Demonstrated ability to convert leads into satisfied customers.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, databases and communication tools.

- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Self-sufficient with high problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse individuals.

- Highly adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive, proactive attitude with a track record of teamwork and initiative.
