Relive Health Hours of Operation:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday - 10:00am to 6:00pm
Thursdays - 10:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday - 10:00am to 3:00pm
Sunday - Closed
Schedule: At least 2 days per week needed
You Offer:

• Critical thinking, compassionate, nonjudgmental, with attention to detail and organized. Calm under pressure and ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills is a must
• Ability to demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with staff members, clients as well as with referral sources
• Client confidentiality and discretion are essential. Must follow HIPPA guidelines.

Qualifications/Education Requirements and Work Environment:

• Must have an active RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Current NJ License Upon Hire Required
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Must have previous experience in administering IV Infusions, Venipunctures and injections.
• Active and up to date Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibility/Duties

• Administer IV Vitamin Therapy, and injectables to patients.
• Perform venipuncture, accessed implanted ports, maintained peripheral IV lines
• Perform infusions and monitor patient's status throughout the entire infusion as well as manage emergency reactions.
• Perform blood draws as per the required instructions provided by the lab.
• Follow state and federal nursing guidelines and standards
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions
• Accurately use the online booking systems
• Assist with callbacks to clients with questions.
• Provided documentation to the administrative team for submission to the EHR.
• Prepare and track inventory to maintain 100% in stock of supplies and Vitamin therapy.
• Maintains up-to-date Nurse education including knowledge of the internet for IV Infusion
