• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce customization tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to various locations as required.
