WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Creating, writing, and developing new e-learning courses and editing existing content in one or more of Relias' verticals
* Designing application-based and outcome-driven realistic case studies to illustrate key concepts in course material
* Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your specialty area and working with external SMEs in other areas
* Collaborating effectively with internal departments who are involved in the course development life cycle
* Managing multiple priority projects efficiently and effectively
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing with an active RN license in good standing
* At least 5 years' experience in an adult critical/intensive care unit with CCRN certification
* Strong writing and communication skills; ability to write for various audiences and in various styles
* Computer/Technical literacy (Microsoft Office, internet browsers, etc.)
* Experience in training development/delivery

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
