Reliant at Home is seeking an **RN Hospice Branch Manager** to work in our Plano office.
**JOB SUMMARY**: The Branch Manager/Supervising Nurse is primarily responsible for the day-to-day direction of branch operations, ensuring quality care and efficient operations. The Branch Manager/Supervising Nurse coordinates with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the delivery of Hospice services to the patient. The Branch Manager/Supervising Nurse ensures compliance to agency policy and procedures. The Branch Manager/Supervising Nurse directs staff, scheduling, and coverage. The Branch Manager/Supervising Nurse will also be required as needed to make visits to ensure care is provided when needed. The Branch Manager/Supervising Nurse is responsible for all aspects of the agency, under the direction and oversight of Home Office leadership. **QUALIFICATIONS:**
1. Registered Nurse with a current Texas license.
2. Must have at least five recent years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
3. Graduate of an accredited college/university is preferred, with experience/education in the healthcare field.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1. Directs and coordinates branch and assumes responsibility for continuity, quality, and safety of services delivered. Identifies problem areas to designated supervisor.
2. Promotes the philosophy and administrative policies of the agency, in an effort to ensure quality of patient care.
3. Supervises and provides direction to subordinates in an effort to ensure quality and continuity of services.
4. Employs, recruits, manages and direct qualified personnel to carry out the policies and procedures of the agency. Ensure staff education and evaluations.
5. Promotes and monitors compliance with fiscal intermediary and/or other third party payors, federal and state regulations, through education coaching QI program and other assistance as necessary.
6. Monitors operational systems for efficiency and compliance with regulations and identifies problem areas to designated supervisor.
7. Provides communication to leadership/executives regarding needs of the branch to include personnel needs, financial needs, professional practices, quality issues, and planning.
8. Assures documentation of services provided is accurate and timely.
9. Uses effectiveness interpersonal relations and communications skills; facilitates the use of these skills by other team members to achieve desirable outcomes.
