Position Summary:
As a Residential Project Manager at Reliant Roofing, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supervising multiple roofing crews to ensure the successful completion of projects. Reporting directly to the Manager of Residential Operations, you will oversee the execution of roofing projects, manage materials and equipment, and uphold safety standards at all times.

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Ensure workplace safety by enforcing Company Safety Policies and serving as the on-site Safety inspector.
• Lead, instruct, and train multiple Residential Roofing crews simultaneously.
• Study contracts, roof ventilation drawings, gutter layouts, and other documents to understand project requirements.
• Complete status reports for each project.
• Supervise the removal and replacement of existing roof systems in a clean and professional manner.
• Inspect work of the roofing teams to verify quality standards are met and provide necessary training.
• Operate equipment as needed to complete work, such as man lifts and fork lifts.
• Participate in updating the project schedule and determine material requirements for upcoming tasks.
• Maintain a positive outlook and treat all crew members fairly.
• Meet and address client concerns as directed.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong communication skills, including fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to climb on roofs and work at heights, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, as well as understand written documents related to the job.
• Proficiency in mathematics to solve problems and make accurate measurements.
• Active learning and listening skills to understand and apply new information.
• Critical thinking to identify solutions and make decisions.
• Ability to monitor performance and make improvements as necessary.
• Leadership skills to motivate and orient workers.
• Proficiency in time management and organization.
• Familiarity with internet navigation and basic computer skills.

Education and Work Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing and residential construction preferred.

Organizational Relationships:

• Reports directly to the Manager of Residential Operations.
• Works closely with all employees of Reliant Roofing, as well as external contacts including owners, contractors, and vendors.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
