Cases we have available:

· 1 y/o GB/O2/Colostomy patient Mon-Fri 7:30a-5:30p (77489) 

· 3 m/o GB/TPN/T/V patient will be needing nursing Mon-Sun 7a-7p & Mon-Sun 7p-7a (77085) (Spanish speaking nurse preferred) 

· 9 y/o GB patient available Sat/Sun 7a-5p (77025) 

· 2 m/o GB/O2 patient available (schedule TBD) (Spanish Speaking Family) (77036) 

· 16 m/o GJ/TPN & T/V patient available Mon-Sun 7a-7p & Mon-Sun 7p-7a (77025)

· 14 m/o GB/Bipap patient available Mon-Fri 8a-4p (77081) 

Responsibilities:

· Provide 1-1 nursing care for pediatric population 0-20.

· Monitor vital signs and providing safe and competent care.

· Ensure that plan of care is reviewed and followed for appropriate care.

· Ability to update office regarding clarification of medications, changes of condition, & medical appointments.

· Educate the family on medical care and training.

Qualifications:

· Active LVN/LPN/RN license in the state of Texas.

· American Red Cross CPR certification required.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator etc.).

· Physical ability to lift a minimum of 80-90 pounds

· The ability to work in a home environment.

· EMR charting (no paper notes)
