Unit Director - Community Support Program (CSP) - $24.04/Hr

FT 40 Hr/wk Provides positive leadership to direct care employees whom are working within the community to provide case management to program participants. The unit director is responsible to ensure the program operates in compliance with contracted outcomes and accreditation standards. Maintaining quality records, running reports, reviewing and approving documents while working within our ERMS system required. Reliance Health is a top workplace where supervisors support and provide opportunities for employees to do their best work each day while influencing staff morale.
