Per Diem - Direct Care - Continuous Residential Support Program - $18.00/Hr
Closing Date: 06/01/2024
Provides 24/7 residential support and individualized day program support to program participants at their level of need in a secure, environment promoting self-esteem, and self-sufficiency, while helping them grow and achieve maximum levels of autonomy and high quality of life. Responsibilities include: accurate documentation for services and required supervision/line-of-sight support requirements, assistance with budgeting, employment and educational counseling, health and wellness, medical and psychiatric services including medication management, transportation, and ADL skill development (examples include cooking, grocery shopping, menu planning, and laundry).
Third shift duties include some light housekeeping and safety checks.
