- As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings, ensuring they meet safety standards and comply with local codes.
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial buildings as needed.
- Diagnose electrical issues and troubleshoot problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- Utilize a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment to perform tasks effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety standards.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior electricians, apprentices, and other team members as needed.
- Valid Wisconsin State Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Electrician.
- Thorough knowledge of local and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and project managers.
- A commitment to safety and the ability to follow safety guidelines at all times.
