In this full-time position as a Plant Health Care Technician, you will have the opportunity to learn diverse new skills, consistently expand your knowledge base, and gain an entirely new skill-set. We are a stable company providing full time, March-Sept, outdoor positions. Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays are standard after one year.

Responsibilities:

• Become a licensed spray technician (We will train you and assist in obtaining certification)
• Gain mastery of proper mixing and spraying techniques and tree identification (will include some shrub identification)
• Apply fertilizers, insecticides, & fungicides accurately and safely on shrubs and trees
• Complete assigned routes in a timely manner
• Follow & enforce company policies and procedures
• Ability to learn new skills efficiently, and effectively

What We Require:

• Able to pass a drug test
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50 lbs. over head
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to obtain sprayers license
• Ability to navigate and complete your routes successfully
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn
• Minimum of 1 year of outdoor work experience (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
