This Accounting Coordinator position is fulltime, Mon-Fri, at least 8-5, in our Anderson Township location on Beechmont Avenue, Cincinnati 45255

- Manage OS&D, detention, exceptions, and more, to support the accounting functions and goals of the business
- Receive and process invoices
- Respond to payment status emails/phone calls
- Request paperwork from carriers
- Work to #BeTheSolution whenever you encounter a problem
- Pitch in to help the team as needed, even when it’s not your job (around here, even the COO takes out the trash, which is probably more than you can say for your freshman-year roommate)
- Initiative: when you're finished with your job, ask "what's next?"
- Effectively communicate with team members and external contacts via phone and email
- Detail-oriented: bonus points if you cought the typo in this section
- Comfortable with computers and have a willingness to take on new software programs
- Desire to get stuff done, organize yourself & others, and get better every day
- A willingness to take ownership when you mess up (we're not looking for perfection, just a desire to work hard and get better every day)
This position will work from our Cincinnati, OH office (zip code is 45255) in Clermont County, OH. We're located on the east side of Cinci, just minutes from 275 but without all the traffic
REQUIRED EDUCATION
No accounting experience required—just a willingness and ability to learn
High school diploma (or GED). Other than that, nada. You commit to working hard, and we'll commit to teaching you everything you need to know.
