Our Conley GA location is looking for an experienced Branch Assistant

Job duties include but are not limited to the following.

• Interacting with customers: You will greet all incoming customers with a positive and helpful personality. Inquire and note the customers requested repairs and drivability complaint. Offer the types of service and repair options available for their vehicle.
• Maintaining Customer Rapport: You will keep in contact with the customer regarding the progress of repairs. Notify the customer of any changes in the scheduling of the repair.
• Administrative Task: You will open repair orders and parts invoices. Enter the customer request for repair and drivability complaints, along with any additional notes for the technician’s review. Enter data such as billing hours, parts, or miscellaneous charges to the repair order. Filing of repair orders, internal review reports, and invoices. Schedule outbound freight and parcel packages. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, excel, and Outlook are necessary for handling documentation and communication.
• Quoting and Job orders: You will prepare quotes and job orders for the manager's review and approval. Generating repair orders and quotes ensures efficient workflow and accurate record-keeping.
• Customer service and communication: You will present the customer with any approved quotes and/or invoices for their approval to start the repairs and/or process payment for the service provided.
• Housekeeping: Light housekeeping, placing the office trash bags outside the office doors so they can be transported to the trash container outside the facility. Light cleaning as needed in the customer lounge area.
• Additional Responsibilities: While the core duties are outlined above, other tasks may be assigned based on the branch's specific needs.
