Overview:

You will be responsible for closing sales on warm leads provided by the company. NO COLD CALLING.

• Compensation:
  Starting at $18 hourly EXCELLENT COMMISSION & BONUSES (based on performance)

Required Experience:

• We provide the leads; you make the calls.Must be comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Expected to make 200-300 outbound calls daily.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
• Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
• Follow our company's communication “scripts”
• Update records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Build strong relationships with customers 
• Follow our customer engagement strategy
• Meet qualitative and quantitative target
