Service Electrician - Lansing, MI
$2,500 Sign On Bonus
Location: Lansing, MI, 48917
We are seeking a skilled Service Electrician to join our team in Lansing, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial electrical work, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in retail/commercial settings
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local and national electrical codes
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls
Requirements:
- Journeyman's License
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
