Reliable Health Care Management is Hiring a RN Weekend Supervisor Near Rome, GA
- Saturdays & Sundays 7A-7P
- 1 year experience preferred in Long Term Care
- Must possess current, unencumbered active RN License.
- Assist the DON in directing day to day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations & guidelines govern the long term care facility.
- Participate in facility surveys (Inspections) made by authorized govt agencies as requested by the administrator or DON.
- Ensure that a sufficient number of nursing staff are available each shift & that routine nursing care is provided to meet the daily nursing care needs of each resident. (PPD)
- Delegate to each charge nurse the authority responsibility and accountability necessary to perform his/her assigned duties.
- Daily rounds of nursing dept to ensure that all nursing personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with nursing personnel as well as other depts within the nursing facility.
- Provide direct nursing care as necessary.
- Ensure that nursing dept has adequate supplies (PPE etc.) that are readily available to personnel
