```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting and general labor duties. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a strong work ethic.

```Responsibilities:```
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications
- Follow schematics or blueprints to determine the layout of the painting project
- Repair and patch damaged areas on walls or other surfaces
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Assist with general labor duties as needed, such as moving materials or cleaning work areas

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in construction painting or a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paint and finishes
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in painting projects
- Ability to read and interpret schematics or blueprints
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects
- Knowledge of stucco application is a plus

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
