Prioritized Must Have Skills For The Superintendent#1. Must have relevant experience with a Commercial General Contractor
#2. Must have experience with commercial interior finish
#3. Must have general contracting experience in the Dallas, TX area or surrounding cities.
#4. Valid Driver's ID and Must be able to travel to site locations
#5. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
Requirements Of The Superintendent
- Experience: A minimum of five years in construction, with a preference for those who have worked on commercial and design-build projects.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various trades and proficiency with computers.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is beneficial.
- Document Interpretation: Capability to read and understand blueprints, safety regulations, operating manuals, and procedural guides.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and resolve issues among a team of over 30 subcontractors and vendors.
- Must be able to travel to job site (s) as assigned.
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
