Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing relationships with existing clients, building new relationships, and completing employee benefit enrollments.
• Identify Human Resources / Business Owner / CFO employee benefit processes.
• Utilize CRM system to identify business prospects.
• Attend advanced sales training meetings.
• Complete marketing reports.
• Court potential clients with company sponsored luncheons.
• Grow our marketing reach throughout the Austin marker.

Experience:

• 1 year of business to business or direct sales experience is required
• Knowledge of operating iOS for our mobile sales platform
• Reliable transportation and driver's license
