Scanning/Preparing/Storage:

Prepare sensitive documents for scanning. Reconstruct files in an organized and precise manner. Scan documents using Kodak scanners into a secure file system. Review imaged documents, verifying the image quality meets the requirements outlined in that contract and correct image quality as required. Understand image quality and identify issues throughout the process for correction. Maintain storage of documents for various customers.Perform all contracted tasks in a timely manner.

Confidentiality:

Process potentially graphic and confidential documents.

Communication:

Communicate efficiently with Supervisor and coworkers regarding job tasks.Maintain appropriate conversations surrounding contracted work and uphold the highest standard of confidentiality per the contract requirements and/or Relay policy.

Problem Solving:

Support work environment in multiples tasks and handle work related issues that arise. Keeps Supervisor informed of all issues pertaining to customer jobs and workflow maintenance.
