The Business

We are a leading garment screen print shop based in Nashville. Our specialty is printing high-end t-shirt merch for the music industry, clothing brands and events. On any given day you may see musicians taking a tour of the facility or see a design that is months from being available to the public. We are a music based company that blasts music all day long. We take pride in having a great culture that is fun and works hard.

The job:
This is a dynamic position for someone that likes to stay busy, likes repetitive tasks, likes to multitask and has high attention to detail. We hire within, so this is a great way to get your foot in the door and move up in the company. If you are looking to get into screen printing and/or band merch production this job is for you. On a daily basis you will be quality control inspecting t-shirts being printed prior to being sold on the road and be a part of an awesome team. If you love t-shirts, music, and a fast paced job this one is for you!

Skills needed:

Have a passion for music

Skilled at multitasking and problem solving

Comfortable with being on your feet 8 hours a day

Like to stay busy

Detail oriented

Have a production mindset

Additional Skills that are a plus:

Have a passion for band merch

Experience catching and or shipping for a garment screen printing shop (not a requirement but a a plus)

Previous work at fast pace shipping and receiving

Experience on a quality control production line

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
