Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests with a friendly demeanor and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes to set the tone for their stay.
  • Providing timely and polite responses to guest inquiries, requests, and issues through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Assisting Guest Relations with reservations, communications, and any other tasks to ensure effective operation of the business.
  • Participating in property inspections to maintain quality standards and coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed to uphold guest satisfaction.
  • Providing excellent customer service during phone, email, and in-person interactions with guests.
  • Working closely with team members to ensure seamless coordination and cooperation, striving to exceed guest expectations and deliver exceptional experiences consistently.

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with owners and guests
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
