Looking for a hard-working and reliable Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Midland, Texas with REIT Group Property Management. Please visit Ranchland Apartments located at 1212 E. Wadley Ave, Midland. Office hours are M-F 8 am- 5 pm , ask for Chris the maintenance manager.

Strongly prefer a strong plumbing and electrical skillset as well. Must be able to paint and make minor repairs to apartment homes. Must pose basic apartment knowledge and carpentry skillset. We need a turn/make ready technician to work on our Midland Team. Must be able to pass a background check.

Reliable transportation required, basic hand tools and steel toed boots.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends ( on call rotation for after hour emergencies)

Experience:

• General labor: 2 year (Preferred)
• Rehab/renovation experience
• Make ready turn schedule and workflow experience
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• painting and carpentry skills.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Duties:
