Job Responsibilities

  • Assists with employee monthly events, monthly anniversary lunches and wellness programs
  • Assists in organizational training and development efforts
  • Assists with documenting and presenting benefit details when changes occur and/or at Open Enrollment
  • Provide on-site point of contact for the firm’s end users to ensure technology and maintenance problems are addressed and seen through to resolution
  • SME with all ADP Reports
  • Act as “smart hands” on-site for our IT vendors in dealing with the firm’s technology equipment
  • Supports strategic plans for implementing information technologies
  • Manages and completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
  • Sets up hardware for new employees
  • Assist the Controller or HRD in any special projects
  • Other duties that may not be listed will be required and assigned 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Physically capable of lifting 20lbs
  • Walking, lifting, stooping, bending will all be basic requirements
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on the data
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, and skills for problem solving, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
  • Ability to get employees buy-in with new upgrades and changes to the organization, while building and maintaining those relationships.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in providing IT help desk support is a plus
  • Experience working with help desk software, databases and remote control is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products
  • Ability to learn basic technical management of firm’s software systems
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
