Reimagined Parking is Hiring an Operation manager Near Omaha, NE

Description

The Parking Division of Omaha is looking for highly motivated and driven individuals that are searching for new opportunities to grow and develop a career in one of North America’s largest parking operators.

The Assistant Manager ensures the safe and efficient parking operations, while delivering service that exceeds our customer / client’s expectations.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and all aspects of operating the parking facility including : staff management, revenue control, safety, and client relations.

Two (2) positions available : Tues-Frid, 7am - 3 : 30pm, Sat 10am - 6 : 30pm ($48,000 - $50,000) and Mon-Fri, 3 : 00pm 11 : 30pm ($50,000 - $52,000).

Key Responsibilities

  • Immediately respond to reports of accidents, incidents or safety concerns.
  • Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.
  • Manage small maintenance projects (painting, power washing, hanging signs, etc )
  • Maintain employee personnel file / records.
  • Review and verify employees’ weekly time sheet and provide attendance report.
  • Revenue control.
  • Ensure maintenance team is keeping up with tasks at all locations on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for scheduling cashiers for and overseeing events.
  • Create daily deposits and maintain safe log.
  • Ensure maintenance and cashier teams have needed tools and supplies to perform job duties.
  • Order cleaning and other supplies as needed.
  • Maintain and track supply inventory.
  • Various daily and monthly reporting.
  • Special projects as assigned by manager.
  • Be in On-Call rotation (1 week in 7) after 6 months of employment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office with emphasis on Excel.
  • Integrity - Must be honest and ethical.
  • Motivation - Must be independent and motivated to complete tasks.
  • Professional - Must be professional at all times whether written or verbal.
  • Dependability - Must be ready to work at start time.
  • Communication - Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Pass a background check and pass a drug test.
