About us

We are a family owned storage facility in Deer Park, Washington. We are looking for someone responsible and trustworthy to fill our office position.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

- Answer phone calls using proper phone etiquette

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails

-Process payments

Requirements:

- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

This position offers a set schedule of Tuesday's and Thursday's, 10:00am -3:00pm. If you feel you meet or exceed our requirements, please apply.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
