Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Roofing Sales Roofing Advisor. This position entails conducting door-to-door sales activities to generate leads and promote our roofing products and services, as well as performing roof inspections to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Responsibilities

· Engage in door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and promote our roofing products and services to homeowners and businesses.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. Listen to client concerns and preferences to tailor roofing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

· Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to assess their condition, identify potential issues or areas of concern, and provide recommendations for repair or replacement. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to ensure accurate and comprehensive inspections.

· Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation efforts, client interactions, and sales outcomes. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and progress toward targets.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in door-to-door sales, Preferably in the roofing or construction industry

· Strong knowledge of roofing systems, Materials, and inspection techniques

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to conduct detailed roof inspections and accurately assess roof conditions.

· Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
