Position Details :
Full-time hospital employed position
Friday-Friday schedule; 12-hour days, one week on, one week off
On-call during your week on shift 7p-7a
Average patient census in ICU : 7-10
Opened ICU
Brand new Ultrasound in 2023!
EPIC Smart Rooms
Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student on site
Hospital built in 2008
Compensation Details :
Base salary, $60K sign-on bonus and $2K per month for resident / fellow stipend up to $24K in last year of training , also qualifying for the PSLF
Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage
Benefits : 403b with company match, 457f, health / dental / vision, PTO and country club membership included
15 days paid vacation annually
$5K annual CME allowance
Education / Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified Required : Pulmonary and Critical Care
Experience Required : Opened to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians
Licensure : Indiana Medical License
Certifications : Must maintain BLS / ACLS
