Reichard Industries is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to develop, implement, monitor, and improve shipping and inventory management. The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are shipped in a timely and accurate manner. This position will also be responsible for receiving, organizing, and staging inventory for various departments within the company.

This is a direct-hire position, and the pay range is $45,000-55,000 per year, depending upon experience.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly projected shipping schedule. Daily, coordinate inventory requirements with department managers in order to meet shipping schedule.
• Receiving, organizing, and stocking of incoming materials.
• Ensure receiving of materials is accurate against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Maintain good communication with the Department Managers to ensure all shipments are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Schedule routine maintenance of truck fleet and forklifts.
• Schedule internal shipments between facilities.
• Ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner and verify the accuracy of shipments.
• Assist in loading and unloading with forklifts or overhead cranes.
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or President.

• Proven commitment to safety, and the ability to create a culture of safety in their team

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details are a must.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with other teammates.
• Previous experience in shipping or warehouse management preferred.
• Previous experience in inventory management preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed, up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to drive forklifts (5K up to 36K lb. capacity) and load trucks with overhead crane (1-ton to 75-ton capacity) preferred.
