We are currently searching for a Third Party Assisted Reproduction Coordinator. Medical Assistants and Licensed Vocational Nurses will considered.

2 years of experience as a Third Party Assisted Reproduction Coordinator or /Donor Egg/Surrogacy Coordinator REQUIRED.

The scope of responsibilities include;

• Match and screen potential donors with recipients
• Provide patient education and emotional support throughout cycle
• Review medication instructions with donors and recipients
• Order donor medications and maintain inventory and supply
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and treatment plans between physicians and patients
• Review the medical concepts in Donor Egg treatment with the patient, including ethical and logistical issues.
• Assist the patient in identifying potential egg donor candidates within our program.
• Work with both recipient and donor to synchronize treatment cycle, providing education on the medical process, reviewing the expected outcomes and side effects and teaching the proper techniques for medication administration.
• Lead patient and donor through treatment by relaying all medical instructions from physician to the patient, ensuring patient comprehension.·
• Responsible for FDA compliance, ensuring documentation and procedures are fully followed by all parties involved.
• Work with clinicians and partnering clinics around the world to share medical information, relay treatment plans and coordinate health care to ensure smooth and seamless treatment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
