One of MetroWest Boston’s leading Horticultural Services and Fine Gardening companies is searching for gardeners with a passion for horticulture to join our team and assist us in managing beautiful gardens. Rehl Gardens, Inc. offers design, installation and maintenance of fine gardens as well as providing spectacular decorative planters. Our many long-term clients value our expertise, prompt communication and attention to detail.

There are full time and part time positions available, with flexible hours.

Experienced gardeners are preferred, but this can be a training position for staff new to commercial gardening. You will perform all aspects of commercial gardening. This will include planting, weeding, pruning, mulching, pest and disease identification. It will also include instruction and suggestions on expected conduct when on a client's property. Good communication and computer skills are an important part of the job.

Experience:

• Basic enthusiasm for and knowledge of plant care.

Requirements:

• Valid license and reliable transportation.
• A place to live in the Boston area.
• Reliable email access.
• Strength, good physical condition. Ability to work in all kinds of weather.
