We are searching for a Physical Therapy Assistant to work with patients to prevent disability, relieve pain, develop, improve or restore motor function and maintain maximum physical, emotional, social and mental performance within the person's capabilities

• Hours: 40hrs
• Shift: Day Shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 8:00am-4:30pm
• Location: Visiting Nurse Association - Fairhaven, MA
• Travel: This is a home care position. Will require driving

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• An Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Two (2) years of related experience required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs preferred.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
