Join Our Team as an Admissions Coordinator at Rehab Without Walls!

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to be the frontline advocate for our patients and their families in Biddeford, ME and Portsmouth, NH.

• Do you possess extensive experience in meticulously checking benefits and effectively liaising with commercial payers and workers' compensation programs?

What you will need :

• Minimum of Associate’s degree in business or health care related field preferred.
• Related admissions and medical insurance work experience will be considered in place of degree
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Able to function in position with minimal supervision
• Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Full Time Position
• Daily pay options
• Benefits, including : healthcare, vision, dental, etc.
• Position will support two locations : Biddeford, Maine and Portsmouth, NH
• Position does not require driving to both locations daily
• Ideally candidates will spend a few days a week in the Biddeford location, while the remaining days will be spent at our office in Portsmouth

Salary Range

USD $21.00 - $24.00 / Hour
