Rehab Services of Louisiana is Hiring a LCSW/LPC/ Licensed Mental Health Professional Near Lafayette, LA

Mental Health Rehabilitation / Rehabilitation Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LPC) to join our team. In this role, you will provide clinical direction, supervision, and oversight to our staff while ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical direction, supervision, and oversight for MHP Team Leader, MHP, and MHS staff according to agency policies and procedures.
  • Identify and respond to staff training needs, including in-service targeted, advanced, and/or required OBH trainings.
  • Ensure active recipient engagement in all aspects of care and coordinate services provided through MHR and non-MHR agencies.
  • Consult with medical professionals and community agency personnel to develop diagnosis, identify strengths and needs, and formulate plans of care and treatment.
  • Assist in arranging and coordinating the delivery of services within the hospital and in the broader community to address continuity of care needs.
  • Participate in crisis intervention services, supervision, and collaboration according to agency policies and procedures.
  • Lead initial and concurrent assessment and authorization processes, including supervision of support staff.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Recovery Plans, Crisis Management Plans, and Discharge Plans.
  • Provide outpatient therapy services as needed and ensure all requirements for certifications, licensure, training, and documentation are met.
  • Complete written evaluations on supervised team members and participate in quality assurance chart reviews.
  • Actively participate in staff, work unit, and department committees, as well as surveys, evaluations, inspections, or state monitoring of Rehabilitation Services, LLC.

Qualifications

  • A Licensed Mental Health Professional as defined by the MHR Rule
  • LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist
