Overview:
A Fast-growing In-Home therapy agency is seeking licensed Physical or Occupational Therapists to provide therapy at patients' homes.
The patient population is mainly geriatric with increasing demand for pediatrics (ages 3 & Up). The practice is owned and operated by therapists with a great reputation in the community and an amazing and responsive supporting cast. Documentation is a breeze with our EMR system, Hello Note.
Earning potential can be $100k-$120k annually.
We provide the cases, you treat according to the governing guide lines, you send an invoice, you get paid! No obtaining authorizations, checking insurances, calling for referrals, no team meetings.
Qualification Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current and valid NYS PT license/certification
• Patient first mentality, with a commitment to improving a patient's ADLs
• Good organizational and communications skills
• Ability to function with minimal supervision and manage their own schedule
• Ability to travel between cases
