Along with competitive pay and flexible scheduling, our Colorado Spring position has the privilege of providing OT, PT, and SLP therapy services directly to ABA clients in our clinic, by therapists employed directly through Rehab for All.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our ABA team. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and support the clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client care!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management and Operations:

  • You will be the clinical counterpart to our Clinical Director in the center, helping lead the team and make important decisions regarding how our center runs
  • You will engage, mentor, and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs
  • You will be in charge of clinical quality training and compliance at your center, ensuring we are providing the best services to our clients
  • Complete initial and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Ability to handle caseloads of your own when needed or consistently
  • Supervise and train BCBAs and Behavioral Technicians
  • Provide Family Guidance on a consistent basis
  • Collaborate and problem solve with BCBA team, office administration and Director/supervisors
  • Assist with intakes, as well as discharge and transition planning for clients

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a BCBA
  • Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA), including functional behavior assessment, behavior support planning, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ethical and professional conduct in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines.
