**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Chemistry Laboratory Supervisor to oversee our pharmaceutical chemistry laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GLP, GMP, data collection, analytical chemistry, project management, and laboratory procedures. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage laboratory staff effectively.

**Duties:**

- Supervise daily laboratory activities and ensure compliance with protocols and procedures

- Manage laboratory resources efficiently to support ongoing projects

- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting

- Provide guidance on laboratory techniques and procedures

- Coordinate with internal teams to support clinical trials and research projects

- Implement quality control measures to maintain accuracy and precision

- Ensure adherence to CGMP standards in all laboratory processes

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred

- Proven experience in laboratory management and supervision

- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques

- Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical laboratory operations

- Excellent project management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
