We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT or LP) or pre-licensed (must be on licensure track) to see children and families in our Elk River location. This position would involve conducting diagnostic intakes and providing outpatient psychotherapy, developing comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating client care with other providers, and completing required documentation.

Hours would be part-time (15) to full-time (25 ). You control your schedule and clientele you want to see. We will give preference to those seeking full time.

Office supplies and complete playroom provided.

We serve children ages 18 months and up, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We also have a APRN on the team for medication management and collaboration.

We are in-network with most major insurance companies and have a group supervisory contract with Optum (meaning pre-licensed people can bill for all our contracts!)

ReGroup Counseling is a collaborative group that values providers’ input and supports each provider in their independent practice.

Desired Qualifications

● State of MN licensure of LPCC, LICSW, LMFT or LP (pre-licensed applicants are also encouraged to apply as long as on licensure track)

● Previous experience in providing psychotherapy in an outpatient, day treatment or inpatient setting preferred.

● Ability to work within an insurance-based billing system.

● Experience conducting diagnostic assessments in-person and/or via telehealth● Providing ongoing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in-person and/or via teletherapy.● Ability to provide culturally responsive services.● Must possess creative and collaborative clinical skills.● Must be able to sustain attention to detail.● Must be able to work independently.● Must be flexible, reliable and able to meet paperwork deadlines.● Must possess great organizational skills.● Experience working in trauma-informed settings preferred

• Must be able to keep timely documentation.
