Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking a dedicated Finance – Decision Support Manager. 

In a challenging and competitive healthcare marketplace, you will be responsible for financial and statistical report, to include all entities of Regional West Health Services.

You will report directly to the Regional West Health Services Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for financial and statistical report creation and analysis in support of the RWHS CFO. 

As the RWHS Finance Decision Support Manager you will:

• Monitor data warehouse for all budget and statistical information
• Oversee preparation of report and key financial and revenue cycle reports as requested. 
• Review and distribute monthly statistical information.
• Assist with monthly comparison between budget an actual results requested by the CFO.

You may be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology or related field required
• Healthcare experience of three to five years preferred
• Statistical analysis and report creation experience strongly preferred
