Job Summary:

The Regeneration Operator prepares resin, mobile equipment, and ion exchange resin tanks. Handles chemicals such as acids, bases, and salts. Performs quality control checks on the equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepares resin, mobile equipment, and ion exchange resin tanks for customer fulfillment.

• Performs quality control checks on the equipment.

• Receives resin from customer sites in resin tanks or on mobile equipment.

• Empties tanks or equipment of the exhausted media and prepares it for regeneration.

• Prepares resin tanks or mobile equipment by filling empty tanks with regenerated media.

• Performs quality control checks on the equipment to ensure specifications are met.

• Repairs and helps maintain the bottles/tanks and other service type of equipment,

• Follows Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

• Completed Secondary Education

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

Experience:

• Chemical handling: 3 years (Preferred)
