REGIONAL REPORTING INC is Hiring a Quality Control Near Sarasota, FL

Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) is one of the largest independently owned providers of loss control to the property and casualty insurance industry. We specialize in Property, General Liability, Products Liability, Fleet, Inland Marine, and Workers' Compensation.

RRI is seeking experienced part-time and full-time Quality Control Reviews to audit commercial insurance loss control surveys.

Quality Control Reviewer

Quality Control Reviewer is primarily responsible for a variety of technical support duties. Duties may include conducting report reviews for the distribution of professional quality reports to clients, communicating report review findings (positive and negative) to field consultants for continued improvement; providing technical advice to field consultants and keeping field consultants apprised of current safety codes and regulations;

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews reports for quality, including technical/grammatical accuracy and appropriate report formats, assuring client requirement guidelines are met.
  • Reviews field consultant fees to assure survey and report times are in concert with complexity of risk and quality of report.
  • Keeps field consultants up to date on proper report formats and client requirements.
  • Provides on-going technical training to field consultants.
  • Communicates report review findings, both positive and negative, with all field consultants for continued improvement of report quality.
  • Works with the account manager to update client requirements to insure report problem areas and or other areas of concern are being addressed.
  • Works with client to ensure they are getting the information and report formats for their needs.
  • Keeps field management informed of field consultant capabilities and issues.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in loss control, preferably having experience report reviews
  • Possesses a CSP, ALCM, ARM or other applicable safety or loss control management designation.
  • Knowledge of current safety codes and regulations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including exceptional writing ability.
  • Solid time management skills organizational skills, and computer skills.

Designations such as CSP, ARM or related certifications are preferred

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the consultant will be on client property sites and at a home office. Work at client sites will involve standing, walking on average a mile a day, and bending as required to measure properties. Work at client sites involves travel in all weather conditions. Office work includes the use of a home computer for various amounts of time completing the reports online.
