The Position:
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team helping customers lease apartments near the Oakland/Shadyside campuses.
Responsibilities:
- Advertising apartments online and writing copy
- Scheduling appointments for yourself and leasing team
- Relaying maintenance requests to staff
- Answering telephones
- Distributing information to prospective tenants
- Helping show people great places to live
- Provide feedback to management
- Other real estate related tasks
Requirements:
- A friendly, reliable, self motivated person
- Must have a driver's license and vehicle
- Strong computer skills
- Sales ability
- Excellent oral and verbal communication abilities
- Business casual
- Server/sales Experience
- Ability to create bonds with people High school diploma or equivalent.
