About the Opportunity
This is an open position within generation at Mon Power, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. [MP]
This position is located at Fort Martin Power Station, Mon Power's territory.
For First Energy, the electrical engineer is an integral part of the team at a Regulated, Base-Load Generating Station. Besides enjoying upper tier benefits: this person will be developed to become a member of the stations Technical Service's Team - Who's involvement includes monitoring the condition of the generation electrical equipment while providing both operational and maintenance support. Equipment includes generators, exciters, precipitator controls, motors, transformers, switchgear, motor control centers, protective relays, control relays, distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers, (PLC) and other related electrical equipment and instrumentation and controls.
