Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with documenting patient encounters in real-time
- Accurately and efficiently enter patient information, medical history, and symptoms into electronic health records
- Prepare and organize patient charts for appointments and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure accurate and complete documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate with medical staff to schedule tests, procedures, and follow-up appointments
- Assist with basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs and performing EKGs
- Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing medical records

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic life support (BLS) certification
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare providers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other medical software applications
