Full-Time, 1.0 FTE / Nights with Weekends & Holidays (7 ON 7 OFF) (RSWH)

Performs order entry of prescribers orders. Conducts drug utilization review studies. Consults with medical practitioners on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Prepares IV medication. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a manager or supervisor. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Bachelors degree or Pharm D. Must be a registered pharmacist. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Hospital experience preferred.
