- Requirements:
High school Graduate / GED
- Graduate of a medical assistant program (Preferred NOT Required)
- Two year's previous Physician Office experience preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Requires excellent communication skills to relate to physicians, patients, outside organizations/people, and other office & clinical staff.

- Schedule and coordinate appointments for all incoming and outgoing referrals.
- Use medical software to support all transactions
- Answer patients’ queries and ensure quality customer service
