Regional Care Network is Hiring a RN (Registered Nurse) – $52-78 an hour (Centralia, WA) Near Centralia, WA
DutiesObserving Residents.
Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene.
Setting up of meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake.
Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements.
Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy.
Transporting Residents within the Facility.
Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data
RequirementsFT, PT, PD available, Must possess a current, unencumbered active license.
Must be able to read, speak, write and understand the English language.
Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility
Pay And CompensationYou’ll earn a base hourly rate plus periodic bonuses ranging in amounts based on facility demand.
Additional Compensation Includes
- 1.5X Holiday Pay
- 1.5X Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week
